كيف يكون HelpMyIMG مجانيًا تمامًا؟
Traditional AI editors charge you because they have to pay for expensive cloud GPUs to process your images. We use groundbreaking WebAssembly technology to run the AI models directly on YOUR device's CPU/GPU. Since you provide the computing power, we have zero server costs, allowing us to offer the service entirely for free.
Are my images uploaded to the cloud?
No! This is our biggest advantage. 100% of the image processing happens locally within your web browser. Your images never leave your device, ensuring absolute privacy and security.
Why is the first time I use a tool slightly slower?
When you use an AI tool for the first time, your browser securely downloads the AI model (usually 10-30MB) into your browser's local cache. Subsequent uses will be lightning fast because the model is already on your device.

Is there a limit to how many images I can process?
No limits! Because the processing happens on your device, you can process 10, 100, or 1000 images. We do not impose any artificial caps or paywalls.
Can I use HelpMyIMG offline?
Yes! Once you have visited the site and the AI models are cached in your browser, you can disconnect from the internet and continue using the tools completely offline.
Do I own the rights to the processed images?
Absolutely. You retain 100% of the copyrights and intellectual property of all your original and processed images. We claim no rights whatsoever.

What devices are supported?
Our tools work on any modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) across Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS, and Android. For the fastest AI processing, we recommend using a device manufactured within the last 5 years.

الاستخدام والحدود
هل هناك حد لعدد الصور التي يمكنني معالجتها؟

ما هي تنسيقات الصور المدعومة؟
نحن ندعم حاليًا عمليات التحميل بتنسيق JPG وPNG وWEBP وBMP. بالنسبة للتنزيلات، نقدم صور PNG عالية الدقة (مع الحفاظ على الشفافية) أو صور JPG محسّنة اعتمادًا على الأداة التي تستخدمها.
هل هناك حد أقصى لدقة الصورة؟
على الرغم من عدم وجود حد صارم يفرضه برنامجنا، إلا أن الصور الكبيرة جدًا (على سبيل المثال، بدقة أعلى من 8K) قد تؤدي إلى تعطل علامة تبويب المتصفح إذا نفدت ذاكرة الوصول العشوائي (RAM) في جهازك أثناء المعالجة. للحصول على أفضل أداء، نوصي بالصور التي يقل حجمها عن 25 ميجابكسل.
